Netplanet Digital Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The referral program is open to existing Netplanet Digital clients and partners (“Referrers”).
- Referrers must be 18 years or older to participate.
2. Referral Reward
- A referral reward of $500 service credit will be issued when the referred business (“Referred Client”):
- (a) Signs a contract with Netplanet Digital, and Purchases one or more of the following services: Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, or Social Media Management, or
- (b) Purchases other Netplanet Digital services with a total spend of $2,000 or more (excluding GST).
- The reward will be applied within 30 days of the Referred Client’s first invoice being paid in full.
3. Referral Process
- To qualify, the Referrer must introduce the Referred Client directly to Netplanet Digital via email, phone, or an official referral form provided by Netplanet Digital.
- Referrals will not be valid if the business is already an existing client, prospect, or has previously been in contact with Netplanet Digital.
4. Limitations
- One reward will be issued per successful referral.
- Multiple referrals are permitted, and each successful referral will earn a separate reward.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. General Conditions
- Netplanet Digital reserves the right to modify or withdraw the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes regarding eligibility or reward allocation will be resolved at Netplanet Digital’s sole discretion.
- By participating, Referrers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
