50% Off Your First Month — 3-Month Digital Marketing Campaign
These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to the Netplanet Digital “50% Off Your First Month” offer.
By accepting this promotion, the Customer agrees to these Promotion Terms, together with Netplanet Digital’s standard Terms & Conditions, any signed proposal, quote, purchase order or service agreement.
- Promotion Offer
Eligible Customers will receive 50% off the first month of service fees when they sign up for a minimum 3-month digital marketing campaign with Netplanet Digital.
This offer applies only to the first month’s eligible campaign management or service fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Netplanet Digital.
- Eligible Services
This promotion may apply to selected digital marketing campaign services, including but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Google Ads management
- Paid advertising campaign management
- Social media marketing
The final services included will be outlined in the Customer’s approved quote, proposal or purchase order.
- Exclusions
The 50% discount does not apply to third-party costs or external expenses, including but not limited to:
- Google Ads spend
- Meta Ads spend
- Software fees
- Photography or videography shoots
- Stock images, paid plugins or licences
- Any third-party supplier, platform or vendor charges
Set-up fees, once-off fees or additional project work are excluded unless specifically included in writing.
- Minimum 3-Month Commitment
To receive this offer, the Customer must commit to a minimum 3-month campaign term.
The Customer is required to complete and pay for the full 3-month term. If the Customer cancels before the end of the 3-month term, Netplanet Digital reserves the right to charge the full undiscounted value of the first month and any remaining fees due under the agreed term.
- No Tricky Contracts
After the initial 3-month term is complete, the Customer may choose not to continue with the campaign.
No additional cancellation fee will apply after the 3-month term, provided all outstanding invoices have been paid and any required written notice under the approved agreement has been given.
- Results Disclaimer
Netplanet Digital will use reasonable skill, care and effort to deliver the agreed services. However, digital marketing results can be affected by factors outside Netplanet Digital’s control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, advertising budgets, customer approvals, website performance and third-party platform policies.
Netplanet Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, enquiries, revenue, advertising results or business outcomes.
- Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to provide timely access, approvals, information, content, logins and feedback required for Netplanet Digital to deliver the campaign.
Delays in providing these items may affect campaign timelines, performance or delivery. Netplanet Digital is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late approvals or limited access.
- Payment Terms
The discounted first month fee will be applied to the first eligible invoice or as otherwise agreed in writing.
All invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Failure to make payment may result in services being paused, delayed or cancelled.
- Offer Availability
This promotion is available for a limited time only and may be changed, extended, suspended or withdrawn by Netplanet Digital at any time without notice.
This offer is subject to campaign suitability and approval by Netplanet Digital.
- New Customers and Approved Campaigns
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this offer is available to new eligible Customers only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing agreements, active campaigns or previously issued invoices.
- Not Redeemable for Cash
This promotion is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash or credit. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion unless approved by Netplanet Digital in writing.
- Standard Terms Apply
These Promotion Terms are to be read together with Netplanet Digital’s standard Terms & Conditions, proposal, quote, purchase order or service agreement.
Where there is any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Netplanet Digital’s standard Terms & Conditions, Netplanet Digital will determine how the promotion applies.
- Governing Law
These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
